(“TipsKrips”), including without limitation tipskrips.com, and for which TipsKrips currently or in the future provides services and technology (the “Site” or “Sites”). When you use any of the sites, including without limitation when you access or watch any content or videos there, you acknowledge and agree to be governed by these terms of use.

Controlling Rules:

The terms and conditions that apply to your use of the tipskrips.com Site are outlined in these Terms of Use. Any other terms and conditions mentioned above or offered elsewhere on the Site with a particular service or feature and the TipsKrips Privacy Policy. You agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set out in this agreement by using the Site. You shouldn’t access or use the Site if you disagree with these Terms of Use.

 Alterations to the Agreement:

At any time and without prior notice, TipsKrips may update, change, or eliminate provisions from these Terms of Use, and such revisions shall be binding and immediately enforceable. You are deemed to have accepted any modifications, additions, or deletions by using the Site following their posting.

Diverse: 

All prior written or oral agreements between the parties about the subject matter of this agreement have been superseded by these Terms of Use and any operational guidelines for the Site that TipsKrips may develop. Each party can enforce such provisions directly or on its behalf. 

The following events are not limited to but include fire, lightning, explosion, power surge or failure, water, r requirement of any government or legal body, or any representative of any of the preceding. Neither TipsKrips nor you shall be liable for damages or delays in performance resulting from any of the previous.

User Behavior and Community Standards:

The following rules restrict user behavior and contributed content on the Platform’s interactive areas, such as Interview Club. On the interactive areas of the Site, user content contributed by users and user behavior are subject to the following rules. The following guidelines for behavior will apply to you if you post any User Content or engage in any Interactive Area on or concerning the Site. You consent to not submit any User Content by upload, post, or other means. Trespasses in any manner on the rights of others, including by making statements that might be taken as threats, stalking, or defamatory.

 You are aware that it is untrue, deceptive, or inaccurate. Blatantly display bigotry, racism, offensive content regarding race or ethnicity, hate speech, abuse, vulgarity, or profanity. Promotes or contains vulgar, obscene, or pornographic behavior such as pedophilia, incest, or sexually explicit material. Disobeys any law that promotes or instructs dangerous, unlawful, or predatory behavior or talks about illegal actions to engage in them. Encourages violent conduct. It poses a plausible risk to one’s or the public’s safety. It consists of graphic killing or physical abuse photos that appear to have been recorded primarily or exclusively for naughty, obscene, or gratuitous motives.

Copywriting:

It cannot be used without the owner’s express written consent due to restrictions based on trade secrets, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual rights. You are responsible for evaluating whether any User Content is or is not covered by any copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, or other proprietary rights. Any injury caused by a submission that violates any copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights or causes any other harm is your responsibility. Anyone found to have violated the intellectual property or other rights of others by TipsKrips’s sole discretion shall be prohibited from submitting or posting any more materials on the Site. It typically has nothing to do with the theme or topic chosen for any Interactive Area.

It includes any “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or other forms of solicitation, as well as any unlawful or unsolicited advertising or promotional materials about goods or services.

Moral Rights: 

You currently state that you do not demand that any information be used in connection with the User Content or any other works of, upgrades, or updates. You also have no objections to TipsKrips or its licensees, successors, and assigns using, modifying, or deleting the User Content.

Promotions and advertisements:

On the Site, TipsKrips may carry advertising and promotions from outside sources. Any business interactions, correspondence, participation in promotions from, and any terms and conditions, representations, warranties, or related to advertisers other than TipsKrips are exclusively between you and that third party. Any damage and damage resulting from such dealings or as a consequence of third parties advertising on the Site is not TipsKrips’s responsibility or liability.
